By downloading, installing, or using OwlCast ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OwlCast is an AirPlay receiver application for Android TV devices. It enables screen mirroring, video casting, and audio streaming from Apple devices to Android TV over a local network.

3. Subscription and Billing

The App offers a free tier (720p with watermark) and a paid subscription ($19.99/year) with a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing. Renewal, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by Google Play's terms.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the App to:

• Mirror your own device screen to a TV you own or have permission to use
• Cast media content you have the right to play
• Stream audio through your TV speakers

You may not use the App to stream, mirror, or distribute content that you do not have the rights to use, or for any illegal purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

OwlCast and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TechyOwls and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. AirPlay is a trademark of Apple Inc. OwlCast is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or iOS versions.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TechyOwls be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
